Our client, a fast growing organization specialized in providing equipment solutions for construction and industrial engineering seeks to reposition its business. To achieve this, experienced hands are required to fill the position of SALES MANAGER.
Reporting to the Managing Director
You will:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and project for new and existing products in line with organization's objectives
• Develop optimal brand profitability, pricing, distribution, merchandising and promotion strategies
• Monitor, review and report on all sales, marketing activities and results
• Coach and develop team members to achieve good marketing, communication and analytical skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Construction related field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying etc)
• Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience in sales and business development teams
• Successful track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for strong brands
• Keen awareness of clients preferences, ability to adapt quickly to new market trends and a strong drive for results
• Strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others
