Job Title: Manager, SME and Specialized Channels
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary: Ensure execution of Etisalat's Strategic Partners, Specialized Channels and SME Business Segment strategies to achieve and/ or exceed set targets
Principal Functions:
• Develop and lead execution of account management plans for key Etisalat Strategic Partners (ESPs) and Specialized Channel Partners (SCPs) including retention, sales and revenue growth plans
• Develop and lead execution of sales strategy and plan for the SME Channel
• Allocate accounts/ territories and targets to ESPs, SCPs and Account Managers for SME & Specialized Channels
• Identify and recommend appropriate training interventions for ESPs, SCPs and Account Managers for SME & Specialized Channels
• Plan promos and manage incentive issues relevant to ESPs and SCPs
• Oversee the hiring and management of ESPs and SCPs nationwide
• Ensure that all allocated targets are met and/ or exceeded
• Ensure call plans are adhered to
• Ensure maintenance of accurate database of all ESPs and SCPs
• Carry out other assignments as directed by the Head-Corporate Sales
Educational Requirements:
• First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• A Master's degree, e.g MBA, will provide an advantage
Experience,Skills & Competencies:
• Between six (6) and eight (8) years' directly relevant post-NYSC experience, with most recent three (3) years in a supervisory role
• Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in the following areas:
• Channel Management, Distribution, Sales and Territory Management, and Customer and Account Management
• MS Office suite – include Excel, Word and Powerpoint
