OUR COMPANY: Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Branch Manager for our client who is a Financial Institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To boost business development growth of the bank, champion and lead the implementation of business strategy at the SBU level. He/She will drive the business development function of the bank as well as take full profit and loss responsibility for the bank. Specifically:
• Developing and executing strategic marketing plan at the SBU
• Ensuring that quantitative and qualitative sales and marketing targets are set for all operatives and actualized by staff within the SBU
• Coordinating the resources and activities of the marketing and sales force
• Advising management on internal and external business development initiatives and programmes
• Measuring success of business development, products of the company and that of competitors
• Carrying out routine checks of business development call Memos/Report of staff
• Coordinating a monthly marketing meeting of all marketing and business development units in the company
• Creating opportunities and leads for the branches and other business
• Manage and control the relationship between products and target audience
• Developing new marketing strategies
• Generate and follow-up on leads and prospects
• Manage customer relationship
• Coordinating and implementing customer impact analysis, customer forums and focus group discussion, feedback system, etc.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Good first degree
• Professional certificate in banking will be an added advantage
• 7 years business development and marketing experience in a similar financial institution
