Title: Public Notice: Alert about Fake Job Offers at Nigeria Customs Service
Post by: Jobrib on Aug 12, 2013, 01:31 PM
Posting On Facebook Walls – Fake Job Offers

Are you a job seeker that regularly visits the social media platform for job vacancies?

Have you ever been offered a job placement in the Nigeria Customs Service through Facebook or any Social media platform?

If YES, then you might be a potential victim of internet fraudsters.

Their ploy is simple: They create fake Facebook accounts in the name of the Comptroller-General of Customs, Dikko Inde Abdullahi.

You are therefore deceived to believe that you are chatting with the "Comptroller -General of Customs" who might even refer you to an Officer in the Public Relations Unit, Human Resource Department or any department of the Service.

Beware, the discussions that will eventually lead to a request that you pay some money into some private account is pure scam!

Many have been deceived.

Many have been scammed.

They are fraudulent.  Don't patronize them.

The Nigeria Customs Service does not sell recruitment forms online. Neither does it offer appointment letters via Facebook or any other online platform.

BE WARNED! STOP and THINK before you click!
