Position: Sales Officers
Location: Northern Nigeria
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day activities in a Telecom retail store
• To build and manage database of customers
• Tirelessly prospect for new customers to meet and exceed sales target
• Constant dialogue with customers to explore other areas of service
• Promote the company's image as a leader in our sector of the industry
• Other duties as assigned by the Regional General Manager
Required Competencies:
• HND or B.Sc with 2-5yrs experience in sales of Telecom and Energy Solutions
• Excellent persuasive and listening skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office suites
• Good knowledge of Telecom products & services
• Presentable appearance and pleasant personality
• Impeccable verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to implement effective telemarketing
