Job Title: Inventory Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: The inventory analyst is responsible for monitoring and implementing of procedures to ensure proper inventory management in the warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure . accuracy .
• Coordinate a cycle count in a perpetual inventory environment.
• Investigate document inventory discrepancies using all available research to identify
• root causes and proffer possible solutions.
• Monitor special order retums.
• Keep day to day record of all items. Maintain records of quality. type and values of
• materials in stock in a proficient computerized manner.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILUEDUCATION:
• Must have a 1st degree in Accounting or Economics and Statistics
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and independently solve business problems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with the use of Excel and other Inventory softwares.
• Three (3) -Five (5) years experience in supply chain. distribution, financial, warehouse and inventory ormerchandising analysis.
