Key Requirements:

•   Minimum first degree in a relevant discipline

•   3-5 years of successful experience as Customer Service Officer

•   Bold, composed, problem solver, proactive with a 'can do' mind set

•   Must have excellent organizational, planning & reporting skills

•   Perfect command of English Language with Microsoft Office proficiency
