Job Description:
Experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Construction firm in Nigeria – 2-3 Year Renewable contract
• Plan and drive business growth strategies targeted at public sector multi-million dollar tenders
• Manage commercial department and work as a member of the Executive Team, where he/she has the chief responsibility for the commercial side of the Company.
• Set-up Marketing Planning and Controlling System, supported by Marketing Information Systems
• Develop and implement Customer Service/ CRM Strategy as well as Sales Support Systems
• Strengthen customer invoicing and billing function and processes
• Contribute to building a customer-centric corporate culture
Desired Skills & Experience:
At least 10 years experience selling to public sector, preferably in Africa
No less than 10 years experience managing tendering, proposal development and contract management activities.
