Job Title: Sales Administration Manager
Location: Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Warewa, Ogun State, Nigeria

Job Summary: Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Main responsibility
• Design administrative procedure for sales operation.
• Establish information level required to manage sales by effectively collating, analyzing and communicating all sales statistical information.
• Develop process to improve interface with customers
• Interface with all relevant departments and suppliers to ensure timely production and distribution of products.
• Coach and mentor personnel to assist in development of departmental operations
• Identifying trends with a view to determining system improvements.
Qualification and Requirements:
• Minimum of first degree in Social Sciences or Statistics
• Possession of higher degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role within a very dynamic organization
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to bring figures to life in decision making.
• Friendly, resilient, confident and a team player.
• Must not be older than 35 years
