Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Description: – To manage and control all activities of the brewery to effectively and efficiently produce the required volumes of high quality beer to the technical specifications set by the Company and franchise holders. – To manage and lead the Production, Technical and Manufacturing Service Support Divisions of the brewery through clearly defined roles and accountabilities and provide management skill to these functional areas of the organisation so that all stakeholder expectations are met in a sustainable and socially acceptable manner.

Desired Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate must :
• Have a minimum of an Engineering degree
• 10 years experience in the FMCG manufacturing field of which at least five years should have been at management level
• Previous technical experience in the brewing industry
• Possess the leadership and management skill to manage a major division of the Company's business,
