Over the past fifteen (15) years, we have trained and developed numerous numbers of student and graduates, most of who joined us with little or no preliminary knowledge or skills in IT/Telecoms engineering.

Atorj offers opportunities for hardworking and self-motivated individuals to work as Industrial Attachees; as temporary staff – and/or compete for permanent positions as they may become available. Our major consideration(during a 3-month probation period) in taking on personnel are (i) demonstrated ability of the individual to learn quickly (ii) willingness to take on responsibility and also demonstrate initiative (iii) PLUS a commitment to independent, perpetual Self-Development, using various in-house resources that are made easily accessible to all personnel.
