Job Purpose: Train students in Microsoft Office to enable them gain the skills needed to express their ideas, solve problems, and connect with people.
Job Duties:
• Train Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and 2013 basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
• Train Microsoft Project and Visio applications.
• Trainers should deliver MS courses using Microsoft official curriculum.
• Prepare outlines and if required material for customized courses.
• Trainers should deliver their assigned courses professionally and commit to course's agenda.
• All instructors must help the sales team in outline preparation and pre-sales activities as and when required.
• Instructors should be punctual and should stick to course timings. Instructors should be the first person to arrive in a classroom and the last person to leave.
• Instructors are obliged to cooperate with each other in whatever serves the benefit of the institute.
Education: Minimum OND
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of two years training experience.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Microsoft certification
• Very good to excellent English language spoken and written.
• Commitment and punctuality
General Requirements:
• Possesses self-management skills and the motivation
• Handle routine work with limited supervision
• Can demonstrate customer service orientation
• Demonstrates Leadership potential
• A positive attitude towards their work
• Willingness to work as part of a team
