Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Duties & Responsibilities: – The function of the Ticketing Officer is to ensure the collection of all accrued revenue derived from the sale of passenger tickets. – The position reports directly to the Accounts Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• To sell and validate passenger tickets at terminals;
• To report accurately all sales revenue to the Accounts Department;
• To gather customer related issues and provide feedback to the Head Office;
• To provide customers with information about ferry schedules;
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum of HND at (minim urn lower credit level)
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skil1s
• Not more than 28 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 (two) years' experience in a customer service capacity;
• Working knowledge of Government transportation policies regarding inter-modal networks;
