"Mend threatens to attack oil installations"....IS THIS WISE AND ADVISABLE AT ALL?... THE Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta has renewed its threat to attack oil installations in the country. The militant group had threatened and carried out such attacks in the past, warning Nigerians to stay away from oil depots to avoid being affected whenever the attack was carried out.
