Job Title: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Coordinates, monitors, directs and controls production activities in wells, flow stations and shipment while maximally optimizing their performance/productivity
• Provide effective supervision of all field production and shipment equipment to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a timely manner and at optimum conditions all the time
• Ensuring Company's production and shipment targets are met in accordance with best oilfield practices
Competencies:
• Possess the ability to efficiently collate and evaluate crude production and injection figures.
• Attention to details; interpersonal skills; good cost management abilities, Integrity, leadership skills; problem solving skills; and the relevant technical knowledge
Requirements:
• A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 10 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous oil and gas field production with 3 years as a supervisor
