Malawi striker,Atusaye Nyodo says he will work hard to get goals for the Flames against Nigria in Calabar on September 7 as he counts his luck in scoring in away games.

Nyondo scored Flames' lone goal as they beat Rwanda in an international friendly match away in Kigali on Wednesday.

It was his sixth Flames goal and all his goals have been scored away as he is yet to score on home soil.

'It seems I have the special touch to score away and I hope that should also come into play in Nigeria.

'I have the feeling I will score if given an opportunity.If a striker has to be counted,then he has to rise up to big games like this one and I am looking forward to that.

Nyondo scored on his Flames debut in an away friendly match against Namibia in March 2008.He then scored in a 2010 AFCON/World Cup qualifier against Djibouti away in September 2008.

His third goal was a consolation as Malawi lost 2-1 to Uganda in Kampala in March 2009 in a friendly match as the Flames were going to Ivory Coast.

His next goal was a brace three years later as Flames lost 3-2 away to Chad in February 2012 in an AFCON 2013 qualifier.
