Job Title: Customer Service Executive – PCS004

Grade Alignment: Senior Officer

Location: Nigeria  

Type: Open Position

Employer: Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL Pensions)

QUALIFICATION:

•   The successful candidate must be between 28 – 35 years old

•   Must be a graduate of a renowned University with a minimum qualification of 2:2 in any social science course

•   5 years post NYSC experience in a related field is compulsory

•   A masters degree from a local or foreign university will be a bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•   Management of the Client feedback process

•   Resolution of all customer related queries

•   Develop different educational materials and write ups weekly to send to customers

•   Supervision of all inbound and outbound calls received in the department

•   Attend to clients via the live chat platform

•   Manage the company's face book page and resolve all queries logged on the page

•   Provide weekly activity reports on all customers service activities
