My name is Hahn Chang, I am 18 years old, and I just had the privilege of serving a year of full-time service in Los Angeles (http://www.cityyear.org/losangeles.aspx) as a City Year corps member being a tutor, mentor and role model to 7th and 8th grade students most at risk to drop out.I came to serve because I wanted to make a difference in our country's drop-out crisis, particularly to help give the opportunities that I had growing up to students in high-need neighborhoods.
