Others: Infrastructure & Cities Sector – Finance – Experienced Professional – Permanent – Full time only

Responsibilities:

•    Control of Project Accounts, including Cost control, ROE, Billing and account receivable

•    Adherence to Siemens Cost to Cost method of percentage of completion accounting and SOA internal controls

•    Monthly forecasting in terms of PoC Sales and Gross Profit

•    Contractual support

•    Monthly project meetings as well as attendance of all Project Meetings with client

•    Preparation of Project Review meeting documentation together with the Project Manager

•    Effectively works through others in order to accomplish objectives or fulfill responsibilities, has continuous dialogue especially with subordinates and colleagues to form a common understanding and to ensure full impact of measures

•    Has an organized approach to check on the progress of tasks and projects, steps in when necessary to regain control.

•    Responsible for adherence to all internal, external and corporate policies, procedures and quality standards

•    Collection cash from customers

Requirements:

•    A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment entailing accounting principles, Project Commercial Management and Contract Management

•    Ability to lead by example in terms of compliance issues and dedication to the project

•    Experience in working in and leading a multicultural organization with employees from different cultures and languages required.
