Role Summary: Marketing and Customer Relations Management through leading the planning, execution, monitoring & control of the marketing plan to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
Job duties/responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive and fully integrated marketing plan.
2. Develop marketing strategies to target relevant prospects segments and ensure their conversion to sales (Students/Clients) to meet sales target.
3. Conduct appropriate market/product researches in support of our business goals
4. Monitor and control centre marketing activities, expenses, results and other targets periodically
Qualification & Experience:
• Candidate must hold B.Sc/HND, Marketing or any other Social Science discipline. MBA could be an advantage
• At least 4 years post-NYSC experience in Marketing & Customer Relations capacity from an organization from either Training or Service Industry
• Excellent leadership, Communication, Customer Service, Project Management and HR Skills.
• Demonstrable capacity to plan, present and implement budgets.
• Proven track record of performance.
• Possess HiiT ICT Proficiency License.
• Less than 35 years Old
