Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:
• To approach potential customers with the aim of winning new businesses
• To provide bespoke business solutions to address specific needs of clients
Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA's)
Task Complexity:
• Recognises business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the society by researching and analyzing sales potentials
• Sells products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects as well as recommending solutions to their problems
• Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information
• Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
• Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis
• Listening to customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions to make a sale
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses requirements and meeting such requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Qualification:
• Any degree discipline may be accepted, but preferably Business Administration or Marketing
• Professional certificate/training is an added advantage
Experience:
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience
• Presence/presentation
