Description:

•   This is a client facing position and the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal, written and inter-personal skills.

•   This position requires a good understanding of how web applications work.

•   Working customer service, help desk or technical support experience is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

•   First point of contact for client complaints and comments.

•   Work (over the phone or online) with the client to resolve issues

•   Submit trouble tickets to QA

•   Provide follow-up information to clients regarding opne or resolved issues

•   Deliver release notes to clients

Basic Qualification & Tech Requirements:

•   Bachelor's degree or OND with a minimum 6 months customer service, held desk or tech support work experience.
