Job Title: Project Control Officer

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interaction between support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication. Implement communication protocol.
• Weekly communication with the business functions supporting each assigned project. Gather information from functional teams to update PMs and Senior Management.
• Produce consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred. Analysis and provision of key information to senior management.
• Establish standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including but not limited to Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management & Communication.
• Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes.
• Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to complete estimates at completion (EAC) for compliance against plans predefined budgetary costs. Secondary reviews of actual project expenses for accuracy and completeness.
• Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) on a monthly prepare updated cost and resource estimates.
• Set up and maintain assigned projects for Hansworth based on project requirements.
• Provide appropriate guidance and support to facilitate the accurate set-up, performance and reporting of projects.
• Develop and implement plans to resolve open issues
Education and Qualifications:
• Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), the ability to budget and write reports.
• Sound knowledge of schedule and resource planning techniques and software.
• BSc Degree (Engineering or similar desirable).
Remuneration: Remuneration is in line with existing industry rates
