Job Title: Professional Driver

PROFESSIONAL DRIVER (TWO POSITIONS – MS 2 NGN949,842 – NGN1,252,691)
A. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: The position holder will be carrying out driving, courier delivery and related responsibilities with the purpose of assisting the office effectively and efficiently to meet its hospitality service to clients, staff and partners and aid in the mail management processes.
B. DETAILED DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To drive assigned officers during and outside Officials hours
• To maintain the official vehicle in proper and clean condition
• To despatch documents and collect mails from various locations and ensuring safe delivery in or out of the office.
• To process certificate of Registration and Insurance of office vehicle
• To meet official personnel at the airport and facilitating Immigration and custom facilities
• Any others duties as may be required or assigned
C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicants not older than 40 years and should hold the following qualification:
• A Junior Secondary School Certificate , Professional Driver's License, ability to read and write and three years qualitative professional experience.
• Experience in Protocol and Logistic services in a diplomatic/international organization will be an added advantage.
D. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION:
Applicants must be:
• National of member States of Africa Re;
• Additional professional qualification in Professional Driving/Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Bilingualism (English/French) would be an added advantage.
• Relevant work Experience in Protocol and Logistic services in a reputable diplomatic/international organization would be an added advantage.
