MANCHESTER CITY midfielder Samir Nasri has entertained the idea of a move to the MLS at some point in his career.

The France international is in no hurry to leave the Etihad, but is opent o moving to the MLS before heading back to Marseille.

"Clearly, economic reality stops me from thinking about playing at OM right now," Nasri told French paper L'Equipe.

"In the future, I don't know yet. I would like to discover the MLS. I love American culture."

Nasri also admits he has held talks with Manuel Pellegrini, who says is counting on him to raise his game.

"I had a talk with Manuel Pellegrini. We'll see what happens," Nasri adds.

"He came to me the first day and told me that he was counting on me, that I would be an important player, that I was going to play.

"We'll see - I'm not worrying about it. If I'm good, the coach will play me. He's just arrived and he has to get results."
Well maybe he's fed up of English football so he should be given the chance to forge ahead in his life.
