Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the customer relations management function to ensure consistent quality in service delivery, customer satisfaction and ultimately. customer retention and expansion of customer base.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of DCP's product and service offerings.
• Minimum of five (2) years relevant working experience.
• Good data gathering and analysis skills.
• Good customer service and people management skills.
