"It was a good game for us based on our situation prior to the game. We needed a draw to proceed to the final playoff that may have explained the cautious approach to the game as the players seem to be saving their best for the playoff as well as to avoid injury which will hamper their career at their respective clubs.

"Malawians came here purposely to win and started the game with 11 men so if they commit card offence leading to reduction in number it's all part of the game.
