When this link was shared over my Facebook wall, one of my friends made the following comment:

QuoteHmm, Bankole is now reaping what he sow, how on earth is nemesis catching up with firokole, jaguda? To those who are yet to be decleared wanted, you are as good as your last door, it is high time you put a stop to your shameful act if you don't want nemesis to catch up with you too

Bankole now turned "FiroKole" with additional title of "Jaguda". There was a time someone tagged Bankole to be "BANK-OLE". OLE means thief. What a name!

l hope his prosecution was not triggered by "the powers that be". If not, all other culprits of similar act should be brought to book, including OBJ, IBB, Atiku, to mention but a few.

Let us hope that EFCC will work with sincerity of purpose by not giving chance to favoritism. Below is another funny comment from a friend's Facebook wall.

QuoteHe (former speaker Bankole) ...who was he? Who is he? What will he turn to after d judgement?...a thief, a honourable or dishonourable, man of dignity or a shame to 9jrian youth. Hmm! time will tell. Is he BANKOlE or 'BANK-OLE' ole means thief. Oh! What a leadership disas...ter in 9ja.

Indeed, his is a leadership disaster but he should not been left alone in this angle. There are many Nigerian leader who have done worse that he did but nothing happen to them. Justice must be done appropriately. This should be echoed to President Goodluck Jonathan.

Nigerians want justice... because justice delayed is justice denied. It will be insincere to only deal with Bankole and leave others alone. Believe!
