Requirements:
• Experience in Microfinance Bank will be a plus for all applicants will be a plus
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree with at least 2nd class lower or HND with at least lower credit
• Post graduate degree / Professional qualification will be a plus
• Not less than 7 years experience in a reputable organization 5 of which must have been in the financial services sector
• At least 2 years in a senior management level
• Planning and strategic skills
• Excellent understanding of the market place
• Outstanding managerial and leadership skills
