Apple released iOS 7 Golden Master build to developers today. The GM build is the final, non-beta version which will become available to the public next week, on September 18 (http://www.gsmarena.com/apple_ios_7_update_kicks_off_september_18-news-6763.php).

Apple iOS 7 Golden Master is compatible with iPhone 4 and up, iPad mini, iPad 2 and later, as well as the 5th generation iPod touch. The update is available for download through the usual developer channels.
