Shinji Kagawa has expressed frustration at being omitted from Manchester United's line-up this season after scoring in Japan's 3-1 friendly win over Ghana.

Kagawa, who has yet to see playing time this season under David Moyes, scored a superb equaliser in the second half on Tuesday as Japan beat an experimental Ghana side.

Kagawa said, "It's been frustrating not playing but there is a lot of time left and to score a goal like that gives me confidence."

Kagawa scored 21 goals over two seasons with Borussia Dortmund but has yet to find the same form at United. He finished his first season at Old Trafford with six goals from 17 starts after a knee injury sustained in a Champions League match in October
I think David Moyes should use the youngman more often. I watched his game against Ghana and I must say he still has 'good football' in him....
