The Director General of the of the National Sports Commission (NSC) Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye has disclosed that the Code of Conduct for the Super Eagles will be released in two weeks time.
.
Elegbeleye who made this disclosure in Calabar on the heels of the refusal of the players of the Super Eagles to accept $5,000 as bonus for the victory over Malawi in their 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier assured that the document will help to put sanity to the issue and football administration generally in the country.
.
According to the former legislator in the lower chamber of the National Assembly, the Code of Conduct will no doubt save the country from the sort of embarrassment the players caused us in Namibia when they refused to fly to Brazil for FIFA Confederations Cup over match bonus.
.
"In two weeks time or there about, the Code of Conduct document will be released and hopefully that will settle all these problems of bonus crisis."
Well all we can do both the players and the fans plus the whole of Nigeria is WAIT! Let's see what will happen next...
