Nigeria head coach Samson Siasia, has revealed that West Bromwich Albion striker, Peter Osaze Odemwingie, is yet to apologise to him and his teammates.
The 29-year-old forward walked out on the side after the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Abuja against Ethiopia on March 27 and followed with a rant on social networking site, Twitter.
The 43-year-old Super Eagles' manager has made it clear that Odemwingie must apologise to him and his teammates before he gets a recall to the team.
Siasia added that Odemwingie, now a transfer target of Arsenal, has apologised in the media and not to his colleagues which Siasia says is unacceptable to him and the team.
"Seriously I don't want to talk about this issue but if you insist that I talk, I can tell you that he (Odemwingie) is yet to apologise to me, the team or anybody here. Whatever apologies he is doing now, he is doing so in the media. But he must apologise to his coach and the team. That is the way it should be," Siasia told Supersports.com angrily.
