Job Title: Client Service Executive

Location: Nigeria

Employer: Wild Fusion Limited

Job description: The Client service executive will be responsible for developing client relationships and closing the 'sale'. He/she will report to the Client Service Manager and will work closely with clients to enable them achieve their objectives.

He/she will:

•   Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications (i.e. wire framing).

•   Brief and liaise with creative teams, developers and understand all processes and platforms.

•   Explore new partnerships clients, making recommendations to the Client Service Manager

•   Ensure clients are fully briefed and kept up-to-date with all digital marketing opportunities to reflect their business.

•   Responsible for the quality of service and delivery of all integrated campaigns across all channels including SEO, PPC, Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, etc.

•   Work independently and self-motivated.

•   Ability to motivate a team.

•   Excellent customer service skills.

•   Problem solving and project management skills.

•   Strong analytical skills.

•   Passion for technology.

•   Passion for client satisfaction.

•   The Client Service Executive  must have excellent communication skills and open to ideas and feedback.

•   Ability to manage complex projects.

•   Ability to write complex integrated digital campaign briefs.

•   Innovative and creative mind.

•   Experience of working on global brand will be an added advantage

Desired Skills and Experience:

The Client Service Executive must be digital expert and stay abreast of digital and market trends. He/she must

•   Understanding of social media engagement strategies and successful attributes.

•   Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter etc) and deployment strategies.

•   Understanding of interactive strategy.

•   Understanding of brand strategy and deployment.

•   Professional Qualifications  (e.g. Google Certified Individual will be an added advantage)

•   BSc/BA or equivalent experience required.

•   Digital or online advertising industry experience preferred.

•   Must have previous experience working with interactive technologies.
