AREA OF SPECIALIZATION
Senior Lecturer: The candidate must have a Ph.D degree or its equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized institution. Candidate must have adequate acceptable publications in local and international journals. He must have the ability to initiate and supervise research programme at the undergraduate level.
Lecturer I: The candidate must have a Ph.D degree in relevant field, adequate and acceptable publications with distinctive academic quality, originality and contribution to knowledge, with ability to initiate and supervise research programme and student's project at undergraduate level.
Lecturer II: The candidate must have a Ph.D or Masters Degree with an evidence of registration for Ph.D.

Candidate mustspecialize in possible combinations of the following: Architectural Humanities, Architectural Science, Architectural Technology and Architectural Design and Processes. He/she must have ability to initiate and supervise/coordinate research at Doctoral level and professional programmes on best practices. Candidate must be fully registered with NIA and ARCON. Candidates who want to teach Architectural Design must submit a portfolio of at least ten (10) projects spanning the period of experience.
Associate Professor: Candidate must possess a degree professionally registerable with NIA/ARCON such as B. Arch, M. Sc (Arch), M. Tech (Arch) and a Ph D in a relevant field. Candidate must specialize in possible combinations of the following: Architectural Humanities, Architectural Science, Architectural Technology and Architectural Design and Processes. Assistant Lecturer: Candidate must possess a degree professionally registerable with NIA/ARCON such as B. Arch, M. Sc (Arch), M. Tech (Arch) and must have a GPA to register for M. Phil/Ph D. Candidate must be prepared to register with NIA and ARCON. Candidates who want to teach Architectural Design must submit a portfolio of at least ten (10) projects spanning the period of experience.

Professor: Candidates must specialize in any of the followings: Real Estate Investment and Development, Property Valuation and Investment Appraisal, Property and Facility Management, Urban Analysis, Property Portfolio Management, Property Performance Measurement. Candidates must have an appreciable international and local scholarly publications. NIESV and ESVARBON registration is a must.
Associate Professor/Reader: Real Estate Investment and Development Finance, Property Valuation and Investment Appraisal, Property and Facility Management, Urban Analysis. Property Portfolio Management, Property Performance Measurement. Candidate must have Ph D with appreciable international and local scholarly publications. NIESV and ESVARBON registration is a must.
Senior Lecturer: Same as above, with three (3) years of teaching experience as Lecturer I. NIESV and ESVARBON registration is a must.
Lecturer I: Candidates must specialize in any of the areas stated in above. He/she possession of a PhD or registration for Ph D research Programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization is an advantage. He/she must have ability to initiate and supervise research programmes at the undergraduate level. NIESV and ESVARBON registration is a must.
Lecturer II: Candidates must have at least an academic Master's degree in any areas of specialization stated above. Possession of a Ph D or registration for a Ph D research Programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization is an advantage. Ability to initiate and supervise research programmes at the undergraduate level. NIESVand ESVARBON registration is a must.
Assistant Lecturer: Candidates must have at least an academic Master's degree in any of the areas of specialization stated above and eligible to register with NIESV and ESVARBON.
Graduate Assistant: Candidates must have a Bachelors (B.Sc. or B. Tech) degree in Estate Management from a recognized University with a minimum of Second Class Upper honours, eligible to register with NIESV and ESVARBON. He/she must have registered for an academic Master's in research degree programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization

AREA OF SPECIALIZATION
Professor: Candidates must specialize in any of the followings: Building Construction, Services, Structures, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Project Management, Building Maintenance and Material Science, a PhD in relevant field with adequate and acceptable number of publications. He/she must have a minimum of three (3) years of and research experience as an Associate Professor or a Reader. Registration with NIOB/CORBON also a must.
Associate Professor: Same as above as in Professor above with three (3) years experience as a Senior Lecturer.
Senior Lecturer: Same as above as in Professor above with three (3) years experience as a Lecturer I.
Lecturer I: Candidates must specialize in any of the areas stated above. He/she must possession of a Ph D or registration for PhD research Programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization is an advantage. The candidate must possess the ability to initiate and supervise research programme at the undergraduate level. NIOB/CORBON registration is a must.
Lecturer II: Candidates must have at least an academic Master's degree in any of the areas of specialization stated in above. Possession of a Ph D or registration for a Ph D research programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization is an advantage. Ability to initiate and supervise research programmes at the undergraduate level and NIOB/CORBON registration are essential.
Assistant Lecturer: Candidates must have at least an academic Master's degree in any of the areas of specialization stated above and registrable with NIOB/CORBON.
Graduate Assistant: Candidates must have a Bachelors (B.Sc. or B. Tech.) degree in Building from a recognized University with a minimum of Second Class Upper honours, registrable with NIOB/CORBON. He/she must have registered for an academic Master's in research degree programme in a recognized University in any of the relevant areas of specialization.
