Job Title: Internal Sales Manager
Location(s): Lagos, Nigeria

You will execute territory sales plans and deliver revenue targets through efective management of the Internal Sales Team. You will also develop and implement processes to underpin Internal Sales functions and call centres. Key responsibilities will include Customer Acquisition, Customer Management, sales Segmentation & Coverage Design, Sales Management, Sales Forecasting and Business Unit/Sales Reviews.
A graduate of Engineering, you must have a minimum of 5 years' sales management experience preferably in telesales or call centre. You must be an inspirational leader with great communication skills. Knowledge of the construction industry or heavy machinery will be an advantage.
