Job Title: Administrative Officer
The suitable candidate must:
• Possess HND in Secretarial Administration with 3 years working experience or OND with six years working experience
• Be computer literate
• Possess excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relationship and disposition
• Be between 25-30 years of age
Key Responsibilities:
• Successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Supporting the MD-CE's Secretary in office administration
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously; screen calls, transfer callers to the appropriate individual; does not leave a caller on hold or unattended for more than 40 seconds
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails, courier deliveries
• Responsible for operating and maintaining office equipment, arrange for repairs when necessary
• Receive and issue out consumables such as toner, paper, provisions, stationery and toiletries
• Ensure efficient dispatch of all mails, documents from the MD's office and for Directors
• Prepare the Boardroom for meetings
• Ensure good housekeeping for the Managing Director's office and the Boardroom Requirements
