PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Academy is a global world-class learning center designed to accelerate time to impact for next-generation sales talent.
The SAP Academy Faculty is primarily responsible for the delivery of the content and curriculum of the program at the Dublin, CA facility.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
• Facilitate a highly engaging learning environment utilizing case studies, simulations, role plays, and other interactive activities
• Review curriculum content and provide input and recommendations regarding revisions
• Research new and innovative curriculum content and delivery practices
• Coach, guide, and empower new graduates to achieve optimum success as SAP Account Executives
• Partner with SAP Executives, product experts, Top AE's and customers to deliver a classroom experience rooted in sales methodology and practice
• Ensure consistency with defined processes, guidelines and procedures
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with experience in many of the following:
• Instructional delivery
• In-depth understanding of sales methodology and practices
• Program Development
• Project management
• Instructional Design
• Executive presence
• Presentation skills: Effective in formal and informal presentation settings; ability to
• Global cultural awareness and respect
• Values Diversity: fosters a climate of inclusion within the program encouraging participants to freely share diverse thoughts and integrate into discussion
• Preferred to have hands-on experience in a multinational environment
• Team orientation: build strong relationships at every level of the organization and act as
a strong motivator who knows how to influence and to get others to do consistently their best work
• Effective problem solving skills to deliver projects on scope, on time and on quality
• Ability to manage effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high level professionals
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and influence individuals
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales / Sales Leadership roles; preferably will have managed a sales quota
• Ideal candidate will have prior faculty experience
