A Beverly Hills cop has been accused of staring flirtatiously at Whitney Houston's dead body and making inappropriate comments.

According to witnesses, Detective Terry Nutall looked under the sheet that covered Houston's body and said 'Damn, she's still looking good, huh?'

Brian Weir a senior patrol sergeant who was at the scene said in his claims that Nutall 'for no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose... removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body... to an area below the pubic region.'

A Beverly Hills spokesman has responded to the accusation saying 'we will be looking into the allegations made in this claim, but we were not aware of any inappropriate behaviour or comments made by any officer at the scene.'
