Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Employer: Computer Warehouse Group Limited / Computer Warehouse Group Plc (CWG)
The Major Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Data gathering, data entry, data processing and data analysis.
• Qualitative and Quantitative analysis.
• Business Process Analysis.
• Conduct trends analysis on Quality Performance.
• Update and maintain a database of Measures, Goals and Quality Evaluation records.
• Evaluate CWG Contractors/Suppliers Performance through feedbacks from end users and report findings.
• Analyze Sales and Project Reports.
Desired Skills and Experience: Job Experience: 3 Years Post NYSC preferably in an ICT environment.
Educational Qualification:
• B.SC in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
• Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
Required Skills: Planning, Analysis, Negotiation, Interpersonal and People Management Skills.
