A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja on Monday granted bail to former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Intercontinental Bank Plc, Dr. Erastus Akingbola, in the sum of N100m and two sureties.
Justice Habeeb Abiru also granted bail to Akingbola's associate, Bayo Dada, in the sum of N50m and two sureties.
