Reports to – Quality Manager
We are currently looking for a Quality Officer for our client who is an FMCG.
Responsibilities:
• Define Quality Monitoring Scheme for production lines and implement the same.
• Implement GMP, Hygiene & Food Safety, Pest Control, and Personal Hygiene in the plant.
• Ensure regular audits for all above quality elements.
• Track wastages and work on it's reduction.
• Develop SOP's for plant operations.
• Develop & ensure implementation of cleaning procedures for all critical areas & equipment in the plant.
• Report all Non-conformances, investigate & implement Corrective actions.
• Participate in Product Review sessions.
• Release of Finished Product as per the defined procedure.
• Investigate Consumer Complaints & implement Corrective Actions.
• Ensure hygiene during maintenance/civil work and participate in line-release after maintenance.
• Track industrial accidents and follow-up on implementation of corrective measures.
• Compile data for Weekly / Monthly Quality Report.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• PG in Food Safety/ Quality Management/ Environmental Sciences
• 3-5 year's experience
• Good personal relationship & leadership skills, persistent nature
• Should have hands on experience on Quality Systems, Plant operations, Health & Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Root Causes Analyses etc.
