Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Requirements:
• HND or BSc (Engineering, Estate Management or Facilities Management & Masters an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant supervisory experience in Facilities Mgt
• Must be a member of lEMA
• Very good written/oral communication and Interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate (Excel/Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to supervise various sites through to a timely completion.
• Very Good command of English
