Super Eagles head coach, Stephen Keshi, has said Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia should be accorded respect despite his hunger for victory in the October 13 World Cup play- off clash in Addis Ababa.

Keshi who returned to the country at the weekend after a brief holiday with his family in the United States of America, USA, said no country should be underrated in football, least of them Ethiopia, stressing that reaching this stage of the race for the campaign is a clear testimony of the East Africans' quality.

"We saw what the Ethiopians are made of at the last Nations Cup, and now they have gone all the way to this stage, showing that they are no pushovers," Keshi emphasized.

"We want victory and Nigerians want the team (Super Eagles) to participate in the World Cup.
We'll have to give it our best, everyone will give above his 100 percent but we cannot look down on the Ethiopians, we have to give them that respect they deserve and believe in God and hard work to win."

Victory for the Super Eagles in the two-legged play- offs would have sealed Nigeria's fifth World Cup appearance in 20 years and as well confirm Keshi as first Super Eagles player to win the AFCON as player and coach while also leading the team to World Cup finals also as a coach.
