Ethiopian winger Behaylu Asefa is ready to face Nigeria in the upcoming World Cup play off set for October.

Asefa told supersport.com they are prepared to face Nigeria regardless of their opponents' status.

"They are the African champions but that doesn't deter us from beating them. We have prepared for the match and we are ready to face them."

"When we were being drawn against Nigeria we knew we would face any team in the top five. From Cote d'Ivoire to Ghana, we were aware what kind of a team we would play and that is why we won't fear Nigeria.
