A small passenger plane crashed shortly after taking off from Nigeria on Thursday morning, killing 15 of the 20 people on board. The plane was en route from Lagos to the southwest Nigerian town of Akure when it crashed. "The plane was making a lot of noise before it came down," a witness told Reuters. "It appeared to reverse back to avoid crashing into the residential area. It came down at a 45 degree angle."
