Warri Wolves have appealed against a decision to replay an abandoned league match against Kwara United in Abuja.
.
According to spokesman for the Delta Football Association (DFA), Timi Ebikagboro, the DFA will protest the decision of the O&D of the NFF against Warri Wolves in their abandoned game against Kwara United at the Kwara Township Stadium.
.
The statement said the DFA said they believe the O&D were not fair in their decision on Warri Wolves, and as such have paid the mandatory protest fee to the appeals committee of the NFF, so as to get justice. The DFA also frowned at the way and manner their general secretary Friday Onothoja was sent out of the sitting of the 0&D, without regards to the fact that he was representing the state on an issue he was mandated to do.
