Our client is a research based international pharmaceutical company dealing in the manufacturing and distribution of quality healthcare products. The company currently seeks the services of experienced professionals for the position of: Brand Executive
In this capacity, you will:
• Be responsible for brand and product building activities in the organization.
• Ensure the promotional strategy for the sales team for subsequent roll outs
• Review & interpret the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies and strengthen the brand image.
• Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
• Conduct / participate in product to mobilize the field sales team to effectively carry out discussions with stakeholders.
• Conduct CME's at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree-qualified in Pharmacy or a related discipline
• Between 3 – 5 years cognate experience in marketing/branding
• Demonstrable record of success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and client handling skills
