An Independent Oil and Gas Operator based in Nigeria are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in Lagos.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the execution of corporate HR processes while managing the day to day HR office. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• HR plans and procedures
• Implementation of HR processes
• Compensation and Benefits
• Employee relations
• HR Analytics
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws
The role is a permanent local role and suitable candidates will have gained this experience within the oil and gas industry.
