Our scope of services for ENGINEERING activities covers the following items:
• Pre-project and feasibility studies,
• Design and FEED studies,
• Detailed engineering packages,
• Independent design verification analysis,
• Interface with equipment,
• Expertise in structural analysis, detailed fabrication, drawing...
• Expertise and analysis for Load out, transportation and installation of offshore structures,
• Research and development projects and JIP.
Responsibilities: under the management of the Managing Director, you will be responsible for
• Responsibility on technical activities: – Scheduling staff assignments, – Supervising technical staff (draftsmen and engineers) involved on projects – Conducting performance review on project – Approving the engineering jobs delivered by the staff – Producing the technical tender – Responsibility on management activities
• Defining the recruitment plan and selecting the profile
• Managing the team leader and project manager
• Liaising with directors, business developer and administrative officer
• Interface with each Engineering Manager of Group (resources, technical assistance)
• To support the business development through clients meeting and exhibition.
Skills and experience:
• Bachelor Degree in engineering (Naval architecture, Ocean, Mechanical or Marine)
• Mini 12 years of experience with design and engineering of offshore structures
• Experience with project management and team management
• Good communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French is a clear asset
• A good team player. Self-motivated with a drive for results, improvement and innovation
